OUR STORY
The first La Carreta Restaurant was founded on Little Havana’s famous Calle Ocho. Since 1976, our restaurants have been serving Miami’s best, most popular Cuban style coffee at our “ventanitas,” a cultural staple of Miami, ever since.
Our blend of specially selected beans and precise roasting formula has been a family-owned secret recipe for decades. Enjoyed by millions at our restaurants, our coffee is now available to you at home. We proudly produce it locally for optimum freshness and consistency.
OUR COFFEE
Our coffee blend is the result of our master roaster’s careful selection of the freshest and highest quality beans from Colombia, Brazil, and Honduras, among others. We roast and blend using an old family recipe that brings forward the aromas and full flavors of traditional Cuban espresso.
This careful blending and roasting of high-quality Arabica and Robusta beans, with our precise grind, allows for a thick and smooth “crema” in our espresso.
